Preparation time: 20 minutes
For 30 crêpes ( never enough !):
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 dose of yeast ( levure chimique)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 250g flour
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 3 tablespoons of warm water
This recipe doesn't need any waiting time. Thank God for that as you're already craving for those divine lace crepes. Mix all the ingredients in a big salad bowl with a whisk ; warm up a saucepan , add a little oil and when hot, pour a large tablespoon of the crepe mix, when you see a few bubbles, flip it around.
Your table by this time is covered with all the jams you have in your pantry, with a huge jar of Nutella, with lemon and fine sugar and with a mountain of butter.
